What do I need to rent a car?

A valid driver's license, a major credit or debit card in the renter's name, and to meet the minimum age requirement (21+, with a young-driver surcharge under 25).

Can I pick up at one branch and drop off at another?

Yes — select different pickup and drop-off locations during checkout. A one-way service fee may apply depending on the route.

How does pricing work?

Daily rates apply for short stays; weekly and monthly rates automatically kick in for longer rentals so you get a better per-day price the longer you book.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

You can cancel any upcoming pending or confirmed booking from your account dashboard, provided the pickup date hasn't passed.

Is a security deposit required?

A refundable hold may be placed on your card at pickup depending on the vehicle category — this is separate from the rental price charged online.

What's your fuel policy?

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned full. A refueling service fee applies if returned with less fuel.
