Rental terms
Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location on the scheduled drop-off date; late returns are billed at the applicable daily rate plus a late fee. The renter is responsible for traffic violations, tolls, and any damage not covered by the selected protection plan during the rental period.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge from your account dashboard any time before the scheduled pickup date. No-shows and cancellations made after pickup time are not eligible for a refund.
Privacy policy
We collect the information you provide when booking (name, email, phone) and use it solely to manage your reservation and communicate about your rental. Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We do not sell your information to third parties.
